Houston Rodeo

We took Jack to see the rodeo (and Kid Rock). Although Jack's patience for the event's festivities seemed to wear thin he perked back up after we left the stadium and he saw all of the carnival rides. We tried out the giant ferris wheel and a space ship themed mini-roller coaster. We ended our night with a caramel apple.

Good day for the park

Ann loves to be outside and loves to climb. She had fun swinging and scaling the jungle gym with her buddy, Boots the monkey, in tow. Note her cool new Breckenridge t-shirt too.

Breckenridge or Bust!

We took a trip to Colorado to meet Grammie, Papa, Aunt Emily, Uncle Brad, and cousins Will and Ellen. We stayed at a gorgeous house in Breckenridge that was in walking distance to the gondola ride to peak 7. Jack and cousin completed two days of ski school and did great. The last day we took them up on the mountain to try out the bunny slope and a mild green one. Very proud of their effort. Can't wait to see how next year goes!

1 year old!

We celebrated Ann's first birthday with a few friends at the house. Arthur grilled burgers and we made ice cream sundays for dessert.
