We met a few friends at Herman park this afternoon for a train ride and picnic. On our the train ride we got to see squirrels, birds, people walking dogs, kids rolling down the giant hill at Miller Theater, and lots of pretty rose bushes. After the train we found a shady spot to have our picnic and then play in the fountains. Jack thought it was fun to lay on his stomach and look into the reflection pond. Surprisingly, the water was clear and we got to see a few water bugs zipping around in the leaves. Can't wait to go back with dad and try out the paddle boats.
