Jack is getting more and more fidgety when we go out to eat at a restaurant. I use to be able to keep Jack busy with a couple crackers and some toys from home. Those tricks don't work anymore. The second Jack is finished eating he wants to climb out of his high chair and party around the restaurant. Arthur and I have become the masters of eating out REALLY fast. One of us tries to speed eat at Jack's pace while the other helps Jack with his food. As soon as Jack is finished the speed eater parent is in charge of man-handling Jack to keep him in his high chair til the other parent is finished eating. We have been known to accomplish this in under 20 minutes at a semi-nice sit down restaurant. We are like a fine tuned Indy pit crew. Here are a couple pictures of Jack, Arthur, and I at BJs for dinner. Note in every shot Jack is shoveling spaghetti into his mouth..... he is a machine!
