birthday stegosaurus

We worked really hard on Jack's ferocious stegosaurus dinosaur cupcakes for his party tomorrow. Also, Jack got to open a couple presents early. Grammie Jane quilted Jack an awesome dinosaur blanket (photos to come) for his bed complete with dino-tastic pillow cases. Grandma Brenda and Grandpa George gave Jack the super fun Fisher Price ABC Zoo set. It was a very exciting night at the Thomason house!

Company Christmas Party

Jack got to have a sleep over at the Hart's on Sat. while we went to Arthur's work christmas party in Galveston. Jack was a little sad when we first dropped him off but warmed up fast once he realized there would be popcorn and a movie!

The Town Center Christmas Tree

Tonight we took Jack to see the big christmas tree in the Pearland Town Center. It was pretty cold so it made the event feel extra festive. Jack was not that impressed with the tree but preferred to spend his time racing mom and dad up and down the sidewalk. He's fast!

Our Christmas Trees

We have two christmas trees this year. One is big and one is little just for Jack. The little one has lots of ornaments representing some of Jack's favorite things. There are dinosaurs, construction trucks, and rescue vehicles. The hard part is trying to explain to Jack why he can't take his ornaments off the tree and play with them. They are so tempting that it's not really fair.

Snow in Texas?

These are some shots of the snow in Pearland. It started coming down around 9am this morning. After it started sticking on the ground Jack and I went out in our snow suits and built a little mini snow man. Jack's favorite part was splashing around in the puddles of melted snow.
