Game night

We played Break the Ice first so Ann could get in on the action. Ann's interest in the game time quickly evaporated... not to mention it was her bedtime. After Ann was tucked in Jack chose Zingo to play. He won 2 times in a row and announced "this is the best night ever of my life"!!

Thanksgiving 2012

Grammie, Papa, and the Milsaps visited League City for Thanksgiving this year. It was fabulous!! We visited Kemah boardwalk and hit all the best rides.
The cousins had a blast (May too even though not pictured here with the "big kids")
Our Thanksgiving turkey feast was great. Jane and Bill brought smoked turkey and some delicious homemade bread. We prepared the rest of the sides together including Granny's famous frappe.
Radio flyer wagon races ensued...
Did I mention there were water balloon fights!??!?

Thanksgiving feast at preschool

Meet "Dragon Jack with fire breathing out of his mouth"
The class tea stained white t-shirts and then decorated them with leaf stencils. Jack's teachers puff painted his Native American name of Jack's choosing on the front of his shirt.
Outfit complete with macaroni necklace and feathered head dress.

May at 4 months old

May had her 4 month check up today. She is 14 pounds (60 percentile) and measures into the 50th percentile for length. Dwarfing her big sis, Ann, who is a steady 9 percentile height and weight kinda gal.

Carving our pumpkins!

Grammie and Papa helped us carve and decorate our pumpkins this weekend.
Jack and Ann thought that cleaning out the seeds part of carving was "disgusting".

Pumpkin patch 2012

Jack, Ann, May, and I hunted down the 4 finest carvin' pumpkins the Bay Harbour United Methodist church had to offer!
May mainly supervised from her stroller.
Jack did all the heavy lifting and pulling of the wagon.
Ann inspected the pumpkins to make sure they would be good quality for carving.

Jack entertaining May

May is quite interested in Jack. She loves when he talks or pays any type of attention to her. This was last night on the couch where she laid mesmerized by big bro Jack and his fancy pants ipad. He didn't mind until she started throwing her fisted baby hand up on the ipad screen and messing up his game.

Its high time we had high tea!

Ann and I got to meet a friend for lunch. Ann was very excited when the chef brought out her very own tea pot and tea cup to drink out of (full of sprite not tea I might add). She did great and no china/tea cups were harmed at this outing.
